While we offer to match or beat the price offered by competitors for identical SKUs (parts,) Waldoch Crafts still reserves the right not to price-match when the parts are not identical or the price match cannot be verified.
We will not match prices from local retail chains, such as NAPA or Pep Boys because they do not have shipping costs. All orders to be price matched must be placed with a Sales Professional via our toll free number; WE DO NOT price match orders placed via the web. We also do not match prices on parts that are out of stock or backordered.

Shop with Confidence. If you are not completely satisfied with any unused item simply return it within 60 days for a replacement or refund of purchase, whichever you prefer (excluding shipping charges). Electronic items are limited to a 15 day return. Returned merchandise must be returned according to the instructions on your invoice, including all original packaging, paperwork and properly packed to avoid damage. If the mistake was ours we will refund normal ground shipping charges only. Credits or exchanges can't be issued for improperly packed items. Returned merchandise may be subject to a 20% restocking charge. Used or incomplete returns can't be accepted. No returns or refunds will be accepted on painted, "Custom" or special order items, so please order carefully and pre-fit parts before painting.
How to Make a Return
- Obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA #) by contacting a Waldoch Crafts Customer Service Representative by calling 1-800-878-8635 or by email at email@example.com .
- Fill out the return paperwork on the back of your invoice and include with your return.
- Address your return as directed by our representative. Keep in mind that we may have your return shipped to an address different from where the shipment originated.
- Ship your return prepaid, Waldoch Crafts recommends Fed Ex, UPS, or USPS. Please obtain the tracking # from the carrier.
- All returns are processed within 1 business day of receipt. If you have requested an exchange your item will be shipped out the same day your return is processed. If you have requested a refund, you will be refunded by the same method you used to pay for your order. Going through the normal banking process you will typically see a refund posted to a credit card within 3-5 business days.
We've taken every precaution to protect sensitive data sent over the Internet. All personal and credit card information entered on your order is transmitted in an encrypted form for your protection. All transactions are kept secure when you use Firefox, Microsoft Internet Explorer 3.0 or higher, Google Chrome, or any compatible Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) browser to order our products. These browsers automatically "scramble" personal information so it remains safe as it travels the Internet.
Standard Surface Shipping Methods (within the continental U.S.)
Orders placed through Economy will ship via either FedEx Ground or U.S. Postal Service. If shipping via Postal Service, orders may not be trackable. Delivery times are typically 5-9 days after shipment. Orders placed through Ground will always ship FedEx Ground, and will always be trackable. Delivery times are typically 3-5 days after shipment.
Standard shipping charges are based on the weight of your item and the destinaton.
Expedited Shipping Options
Expedited shipping options are available on orders shipping within the Continental United States. All prices are in addition to the standard shipping charges shown above.
To qualify for express delivery, every item on your order must be eligible for express delivery. Items that are out of stock, oversized, extremely heavy or ship by truck freight are not eligible for express delivery. In addition to this, items that are considered hazardous and some electronics can only be shipped via ground.
Please note that orders placed through FedEx Overnight will be delivered 1 day after the anticipated ship out time, while orders placed through FedEx 2-Day will be delivered 2 days after the anticipated ship out time. FedEx does not deliver on Saturday or Sunday.
Surcharges and Additional Shipping Fees
Additional surcharges will apply for Oversized, Extremely Heavy and Truck Freight Shipments, as well as for shipments outside the Continental United States.
In all cases, you will see any extra shipping charges on the final Check Out page, before your order is completed. Shipping promotions and discounts do not apply to surcharges and any additional handling fees.
Shipping carriers charge extra for oversized and exceptionally heavy items. Because of this, we add an additional fee per item on top of our standard shipping charges.
Items over the weight and size limit for UPS and FedEx must be shipped via common carrier (semi-truck). Because of this, we add an additional fixed fee per item on top of our standar shipping charges
Note: Open and Inspect truck freight shipped items carefully before signing the delivery receipt. We can only replace truck freight shipped items if the damage was noted at the time of delivery.
Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii
Items can only be shipped to these states through our standard Economy shipping method. An additional shipping fee of $17.99 will also be charged on top of the standard shipping charges. Please note that any items marked for Oversized Shipping or Truck freight cannot be delivered to these states.

Free Shipping may only be obtained using a free shipping coupon, provided the minimum order requirements are met. Minimum order requirements are based on merchandise total only, not including shipping, tax or sale-priced items.
To receive free shipping, you must enter a valid promotional code into the coupon code box found in your shopping cart. Only one discount per order — offers may not be used with any other promotion or discount.
Free Shipping applies to our standard Economy shipping method only. Shipments outside the continental U.S., Express Delivery orders, Oversize Shipping and Truck Freight items are not included.
UPS, US Post Office, or FedEx shipments - Please notify us at 1-800-878-8635 immediately so we can initiate the claim process. Please keep all packaging materials should the carrier wish to inspect them.
Truck Freight Shipments - It is imperative to make a note of any damage on the delivery receipt at the time of delivery. Open and inspect the merchandise carefully before signing the delivery receipt. We can only initiate claims if the damage was noted at the time of delivery.
Most products are warranted against manufacturer defects for 90 days unless otherwise specified. Warranty is void if an item is altered, misused or installed improperly. Waldoch Crafts is not liable for any direct or indirect consequential damage of any kind.
There are two pieces of information that determine when you will receive your order:
- When we ship the order
- Length of time the order takes to ship from our warehouse to you
- When we ship the order the expected ship date for each item you ordered was shown on the Parts Display page when you ordered the item. If you didn't notice the date and want to see it, then type your item number in the Search Box in the upper left hand corner of any screen, hit Enter and you'll see the Parts Display page for the item you ordered. Stock levels change constantly so it may not be the same as when you ordered it. Click here to see an explanation of the different messages you may see.
- Length of ship time
- If the item is In Stock, that means it will be shipped out of our warehouse. Once we ship your order, it will take an additional 1 to 5 days for you to receive it. Click here to determine how long it will take for you to receive it after we ship it.
- If the item is not in stock, we will ship it from our warehouse as soon as we receive it or we may ship it directly from our supplier to you if we determine you will receive it faster that way.
- If you have items on your order with different expected ship dates, we will ship each item as soon as it's available.
- We try to be as accurate as possible when estimating our ship dates. We would rather overestimate than underestimate.
To make sure all of our customers get the best deal, we have a one price policy, which is the best price on top quality parts. Volume discounts may be available on an order by order basis for multiple orders of a single part, or orders over $3,000.
